Clarity is the first milestone on your healing journey.

This self-guided test helps you explore whether your symptoms may be rooted in emotional and neurological patterns, often known as TMS or Mind-Body Syndrome.

We don’t diagnose or label. Instead, we offer insight, perspective, and — when there’s a strong match — a next step on your healing journey.

Every submission is reviewed personally, with care and full confidentiality. You’ll receive your results by email within 24 hours. If your answers align, you may also be invited to a free 1:1 clarity session with one of our Mind-Body Specialists. These sessions are limited and by invitation only.

At MiBoBa, we also reserve a few pro bono places for those in genuine financial hardship. You’ll be able to let us know if this applies to you.

Symptom Patterns

How your symptoms behave may offer insight into their root cause.

1. My symptoms began without a clear physical cause (e.g., injury, illness).

2. My pain has continued long past the normal healing time (4–8 weeks).

3. My symptoms sometimes change in location, intensity, or pattern.
